C.D.D. Painter LLC is run by Carlos Hernandez out of Southwest Detroit. The company was built on a simple observation: most paint jobs fail because of what happened before the paint, not the paint itself. Skipped patching, no primer, wet siding, thinned product. So we built the business around prep.
That's also why we do drywall. Hanging, taping, and finishing are part of getting a wall ready, and handing that off to another contractor means gaps, delays, and two people blaming each other for a bad seam. Our crew does both, so the wall is right before the roller ever touches it.
We work six days a week across Metro Detroit, from Downriver to Oakland County and out to Ann Arbor. Every job gets a free written estimate, protected floors and furniture, and a walkthrough with you before the final invoice. New clients take 10% off their first project.
